The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated catering manager to our Corporate Chefs team in Mclean, VA. As a catering manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of foodservice professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events. This is a hands-on catering manager role in a professional dining setting. This role is a Monday - Friday position.

- Training and supervising servers and cooks.
- Participating in the preparation of meals and beverages.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Addressing client and guest needs and concerns.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Nice-to-haves:
- At least one years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.
